Can I use AquaMax Pro for Floors on Walls?
We include AquaMax Pro for Floors in some of wall & floor kits, like the Kit for Bathrooms. This is because the AquaMax Pro for Floors is slightly stronger than AquaMax Pro for Walls, meaning it can be applied to both walls & floors. To make the kits as cost effective as possible, we send you the stronger of the two sealers, AquaMax Pro for Floors.
It’s best not to use AquaMax Pro for Walls on Floors, as it doesn’t quite meet the strength requirements for Floors.
The 2 products are interchangable, AquaMax Pro Comp A is exactly the same for both floors & walls. And the Comp B’s are the same too, the only difference is that for Floors you get twice as much Comp B vs. Floors. So you can substitute 2 x 100ml AquaMax Comb B for Walls with 200ml AquaMax Comb B for Floors and visa versa.
