Returns & Refunds Policy – CONSUMERS ONLY
This policy applies to consumers only, businesses should refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information on their right to return.
Products No Longer Required
If you wish to return a product that is no longer required, we will provide you with a full refund, provided you notify us of the return within the first 14 days of receiving the product. You will only be responsible for the costs of the return.
Where a product has been damaged during your possession or used so that it is not fit for re-sale, we retain the right to deduct a fee from your refund. In some cases, due to the handling of the product, no refund will be due.
We are unable to accept returns for products that we’ve weighed out, customised or made a product to your specific requirements, this includes sample kits, touch up kits and microcement products that have had colours added, because we will not be able to re-sell these. We will also be unable to accept returns of Products that have become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery or collection (including dual component products that have been mixed and installed products), except as a result of a fault or damage.
Except in respect of a product which is faulty or damaged, we do not accept returns if you notify us of such return after 14 days.
We may request proof of purchase for returns.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If a product you purchase is faulty, you may be offered a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights. You must notify us if you think there is something wrong with your product (see below).
Consumer Rights
Summary of your key legal rights
If your product is goods, for example microcement products, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 says goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.
During the expected lifespan of your product your legal rights entitle you to the following:
· Up to 30 days: if your goods are faulty, then you can get a refund.
· Up to six months: if your goods can’t be repaired or replaced, then you’re entitled to a full refund, in most cases.
· Up to six years: if your goods do not last a reasonable length of time you may be entitled to some money back.
Colour Swatch Returns
We will accept returned colour swatches within 12 months of them being delivered to you.
We will refund the cost of the colour swatches, excluding any delivery charges, provided that they have not been damaged or altered so that they are not fit for re-sale. Where the return is notified to us within 14 days of you receiving the product, you will not be liable for delivery charges.

You will need your proof of purchase when returning a product.
It is your responsibility to package items with reasonable care.
When and how we refund you
If your product is goods that haven’t been delivered or that we’re collecting from you, we will refund you as soon as possible and within 14 days of you telling us you’ve changed your mind. If your product is goods that you’re sending back to us, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving them back from you (or receiving evidence you’ve sent them to us). We will refund you by the method you used for payment. We don’t charge a fee for the refund.
