1kg Colour Toner - Component
Our colour accuracy is one of the things that we’re most proud of, because it’s taken years of development to achieve the level of accuracy that we now do.
It’s been no easy feat, because we work with a wide range of microcements that have a mix of components and varying degrees of natural minerals. So, each product needs its own special formula to match with the rest of the products. And due to the natural minerals, the tone of the microcement also varies between batches.
To ensure accuracy, all the colours are mechanically dispensed to a tolerance of 0.01g. A sample is then taken and tested using scientific equipment against a standard, and adjusted if required, until a high level of accuracy is achieved.
Colour toners are liquid dispersions, which we have found to distribute the colour most evenly across the microcement.
The colour toner for microne base will be added to the tubs of microne base that you have purchased in the same order. So all you need to do is open the tub and give it a good mix until the colour is evenly distributed. To ensure colour accuracy, this is the recommended option for Microne and MicroRock, and the default option for all orders.
If the colour toner is purchased without microne base, then we will supply the colour toner only.
