Delivery Policy

Everything you need to know about our speedy delivery service. We hold a large amount of stock in the UK so in most cases, with the help of our delivery partners, we can get products sent out to you within just a few days. There are some special circumstances and exemptions that are important to bear in mind, all of which are detailed below.

We hold a large amount of stock in the UK so that we can aim to get products delivered to you within the following timelines (from the date of placing your order):

  • UK mainland: 1 – 3 working days
  • Isle of Wight: 2 – 4 working days
  • Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Off-Shore Islands: 7 – 10 working days

To ensure you get the best possible value, the cost of your delivery is worked out at the checkout and will depend on the weight of the items that you have purchased and the location. Please see rates below.

 

Our couriers will then confirm by email the estimated timeline for delivery once your order is accepted. Where no timeline for delivery is provided, we will aim to deliver within 30 days of your order.

Delivery timelines are subject to availability. We’ll always try our best to meet the delivery timescales we give you. If we can’t deliver your order within the stated timescale because of an event outside of our control, we’ll let you know and we will do what we can to reduce the delay. As long as we do this, we won’t compensate you for the delay, but if the delay is substantial, you can choose to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for in advance but not received (which will be returned within 14 days). This does not impact upon your statutory rights to treat the contract at an end in certain circumstances.

We strongly recommend that you do not book tradespeople or start any installation work until your order has been delivered and checked by you.

We’ll always try to make one single delivery where possible, to minimise inconvenience. However, this may not always be possible. If so, we will contact you to check if you are happy for us to deliver in instalments.

All deliveries must be received and signed for by a person aged 18 or over. If no one is available to take the delivery, the delivery will be rescheduled for the following working day. We may need to make an additional handling charge for this, or where you have not provided us with information we have asked for to aid delivery. If no one is available to receive the redelivery, we may cancel your order and refund your payment, minus any delivery and handling charges.

For health and safety reasons and to avoid property damage, certain Products may only be delivered to the exterior of a ground floor location at the delivery address and it is your responsibility to move such Products from the exterior. We do not offer unpacking, installation, fitting or waste removal services unless specifically agreed upon.

Delivery is considered complete once the Products are delivered to the address you provided in your order.

You should notify us as soon as possible if the Products do not arrive when they are scheduled to, or if any items are missing from your delivery.

Collection in Leeds

For all items that are held in the UK, you’re very welcome to collect your order from our warehouse in Leeds. Once you have placed your order, we’ll contact you to let you know when it’s ready for collection.
