Choosing the Best Surfaces for Worktops

For worktops, the most straight forward surfaces to microcement on are:

• Concrete
• Marine Ply
• Quartz / Marble / Stone

You can microcement onto MDF, but please take extra care around sinks to ensure no water can get to the microcement as it will cause the MDF to swell and weaken.
