Returns & Refunds Policy

We understand that situations change and want to keep a strong, on-going relationship with all our customers, so have developed a generous returns policy that far exceeds our statutory commitments.

Products No Longer Required

If you wish to return a product that is no longer required, we will provide you with a full refund, excluding any delivery charges, provided you return it to us within 28 days of the refund or replacement request.

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements if the containers have been opened, damaged or altered so that they are not fit for re-sale.

We are unable to accept returns for products that we’ve weighed out or made a product to your specific requirements, this includes sample kits & touch up kits.

For products that have been pre-mixed with colour, you will be refunded the amount paid minus a 50% re-stocking fee.

For unopened products that are returned within 28 – 56 days, you will be refunded the amount paid minus a 25% re-stocking fee.

We cannot accept returns for products that have been pre-mixed with colour if it is over 28 days since the product was delivered.

Faulty or Damaged Products

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product from us, we will exchange the product or provide you with a full refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must notify us of the fault or damage by email within 14 days of the product being delivered to you & return it within 28 days of the initial delivery date.

All returned products will be checked and if we find them not to be faulty, then you will be charged of any refund, replacement or delivery costs incurred.

Colour Swatch Returns

We will accept returned colour swatches within 12 months of them being delivered to you.

We will refund the cost of the colour swatches, excluding any delivery charges within 14 days of us receiving them, provided that they have not been damaged or altered so that they are not fit for re-sale.

Returns Process

The first step is to contact us by phone or email to inform us of the products that you would like to return.  We may ask you for additional information to support your request.

Please include the following information alongside the return:

  • Your Name
  • Your Email Address
  • Order Number
  • Product Name & Quantity

Alternatively, you can include the delivery note in the return package, which contains all above information.

It is your responsibility to package items with care.  We will not refund or replace any items that arrive to us in a damaged condition, even if we have arranged the collection.
